Return Conditions
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your return, you then have another 14 days to send the product back.
For a full return, you will be refunded the full order amount including the shipping costs.
For a partial return, if the final order value falls below the free shipping threshold of €29.95, the shipping costs of €4.95 will be charged and deducted from your refund.
Return costs from the Netherlands are free via our return portal.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been received in good condition.

If the product is damaged, or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to resell the product, we may charge you for any loss in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning.
